—Ghost, on one of his dozens of rants on Punitive Damages

I'm gonna get Punitive Damages... OUT OF YOUR ASS!

Ghost often threatens trolls with punitive damages when he is particularly angry. He usually uses the term when referring to splicers, remixers and YouTube video uploaders who are besmirching his broadcast.

As defined by Wikipedia, punitive damages are "damages intended to reform or deter the defendant and others from engaging in conduct similar to that which formed the basis of the lawsuit." It is unlikely Ghost will actually sue anyone, as it would reveal his identity.

Ghost announces he doesn't mind people making money off his show.

However, in a response to a Brony who called talking about Hasbro taking down My Little Pony videos on YouTube, Ghost announced that he doesn't care that people make money off of sampling his show, as he said it would help the economy. So it's most likely Ghost is speaking out of anger when he mentions getting Punitive Damages.

Since The Return, Ghost has claimed that the only YouTube videos he has ever given a cease and desist order to were a series of videos which played his show backwards, with the uploader supposedly finding a series of words in these clips which proved Ghost's satanism. Whether or not these videos were real still remains a mystery.
